Work was completed quickly and efficiently whilst I waited in reception. A really nice bunch of knowledgable people providing a value for money service. I’ve had cambelt, water pump, service and ac service done at Volksmaster Oldham and the service was fantastic. I had plenty of questions regarding my car which Ryan answered all of them and I was kept informed on the progress of the work carried out. What can I say?!! I have been using Volkmaster for a number of years now so am used to their excellent service and great pricing but this time, even I was surprised!

Picture the scene, 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon. I am due to drive to Kent in my Q7 with six passengers, a Labrador and a completely full load the following morning ! Climb in the car to head home and…..the fans pack up!!

Arrived at Volkmaster at 4pm and left the car with them for half an hour. On my return they confirm the blower unit is goosed! They had ordered the part as arranged fir one of the lads to come in early Saturday morning to fit it - wow! The trip simply wouldn’t have been possible without such “above and beyond” service - just brilliant!

Cannot thank them enough or rate them highly enough.

Recently took my Q3 to VM Oldham due to a problem with the windscreen washers. Problem quickly identified and resolved and I was able pick up the car within a couple of hours of dropping it off.
As ever cost was very reasonable and I was given a full explanation of what the problem had been and how it had been rectified.
Once again great service from my first choice garage.

I've been using Volksmaster for approx 7-8 years, (have used both the Oldham and Bury branch). Over the years the experience has always been top notch. Fantastic service, professionalism, great knowledge and honesty from all the staff who work there. I cannot recommend Volksmaster highly enough, thanks Mike, Steve, Dawn, Samantha and the rest of the team.

First time using these guys, Ryan the service manager was excellent, always got back to me, let me know exactly what was wrong with the car first time round, what it would cost and when it would be ready, they really know their stuff, polite and professional I would highly recommend this garage to anyone, oh and they even washed and waxed my car after the job was done.

10/10 Honest and professional service. After taking my VW Golf in for cambelt change, the price they quoted was much more reasonable than main dealer prices. I also enquired about gearbox oil change which is recommend with my car age/mileage, after a brief check on their computer, they advised me this would not be necessary as it has a lifetime oil in a sealed gearbox. I appreciated their honesty as I'm sure lesser garage might not be so trustworthy. After collecting my car, I noticed my car was a little different, they had washed my car and valet my interior. After this long, difficult period of co-vid, this garage has certainly put a big smile on my face after the service I've received, I thank them once again and highly recommend this company.

Great to see the VW experts to work on my Winnebago Rialta which is half VW half Winnebago. First visit source a cambelt from overseas as it was very rare. Today they carried out a full service, MOT, and fitted the broken seat belt. ( Which was a bit of a job). And to top it all cleaned up months of lockdown storage moss. Thank you to the great team.

Amazing customer service, couldn't do enough for me, very friendly and eager to help. Car went in for major service and MOT at 8am and by 2pm had a phone call to say was ready to collect. The car did need work doing which they did within this time frame! Speedy turn around. Very professional. Main dealer knowledge and customer care but way way cheaper. Second time we've used them for our cars. For Vw/Audi/Skoda etc they know anything that can go wrong and the cost effective way to fix it. Very useful to have them on board. This time it was our Audi S3 which is back to as-new condition. Found Volksmaster on the internet for an independent inspection of a secondhand vehicle before purchase. Contacted by email, very prompt reply. Mike and his team organised delivery for the vehicle from the garage selling the vehicle - a Passat Alltrack. Gave the vehicle a thorough inspection and provided a detailed report back to me on the issues to take up with the garage selling the vehicle. Brilliant service, that helps ensure the vehicle is in top condition and issues resolved before agreeing final purchase with the garage. Would thoroughly recommend for this work. Just a shame they are 300 miles away from home, otherwise I'd ask them to do the regular servicing too. 10/10.

Great service. They advised they could book me in on a Thursday after my Audi Q7 had a suspension failure. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday because it was virtually un driveable and by Wednesday they had given me a price and repaired the car.

I'll be dropping the car off for a full service in the future. Natalie and Nathan were great!

I would highly recommend Volksmaster , very knowledgeable and fairly priced, I like the fact that time is taken to explain what any faults are and keep the defective parts to sow you,and that no unnecessary work is carried out without talking to the customer firs.

Got my CAM and crank correlation faults repaired. Supplied and fitted inlet manifold gasket, valves, magnets, housing and gaskets. Great service and done the job really quick. I had the car back in half a day. Highly recommended top technition Dave & Nathan.

Fantastic Can’t believe it !! not one of the best garages Its the best I’ve been to , no bull or extortionate prices , hey every one has to earn a living, got quoted a mind boggling price from a main dealer for my VW golf with so much crud and spin thrown in with it !! We bring both our cars here for all servicing, MOTs and repairs (BMW and VW). Mike is great- really nice friendly guy who you can talk to as well, with no mechanic jargon. Feel comfortable talking to him and asking anything about the cars or what something means on the service report.
Would highly recommend and I’ll never go back to the dealer. Thanks Bury gang, cars are both great after the parts fitted.
