I booked in for some help in resolving two warning lights on the dashboard, one which should have been cancelled by the main dealership after a service. The other was more serious and a potentially costly repair. My warranty had expired less than 3 weeks previously and Dawn Tyrer at Bury branch said that I should contact Seat and ask for a repair at no cost to me. She even took up my case and rang Seat on my behalf to ask for the way to go about this. I later rang Seat and explained the problem and I am at this point waiting for their customer sevice to return my call.
Throughout it all Dawn was vey helpful and couldn’t do enough to smooth the process for me. I would recomend Volksmaster at all times to anyone and I will certainly be going there for my services etc in the future.
Audi RS4 – Please pass my thanks on to your team, the difference the repairs to the suspension have made are remarkable, a few tiny rattles have disappeared, the braking and steering are much sharper, steady speed vibration on the steering sheel’s gone. Must have been low on pressure for a while. Another superb job, thanks.
Just wanted to drop you a note to ask you to thank your team. The RS4 id driving brilliantly! I can see that your guys really care about doing a job well and getting a really great outcome. Think I’ll hang on to it for a while so no doubt will be back to see you, hopefully not soon though! Enjoy the RS6!

What a great service. They took my car at eight in morning from work, found the fault, phoned me the price for the work and repaired the car, then delivered it back at work at one washed and hoovered. FANTASTIC… car running great again. 11 out of 10, top service. I’ve just found my permanent garage for any further work I may need. There is a God. Oh and the price was right. Well done Volksmaster Oldham Van Centre.

I took my Audi Q7 to these guys, after taking it absolutely everywhere, they diagnosed it & sorted it out in matter of a few days it was like brand new when I got it back. Have now been using VM for several years-more recently for my Audi Q3 for both MOTs and sevicing. They provide every service you get from franchaised dealer but on a more personal basis and at a realistic price. Always receive a helpful/knowledgeable response from the team to any queries I may have. Would readily recommend VM to friends and family.

I had to take a few of my cars there to be worked on. Service is excellent and is very clear, given plenty of options to suit my budget. Honest garage! They recently done a full clutch kit and dmf on Seat, all is good, regular updates via phone to let me know what’s happening/where they’re upto. Was told while removing a driveshaft they damaged a part but they replaced under their cost! I have had experiences in past when garages haven’t owned up before, so well done Volksmaster for the honesty! Would definitely be recommending to others.
I have been dealing with Volksmaster since 2004 when they were in Lees. Over the years I have had Passat,Polo, Audi and now Golf. Always had excellent services. My family and friends too have started using Volksmaster. Thanks to Lisa and Ryan for arranging cambelt change last Friday on my Golf.
Top company!! Trust them entirely..saved me £110 on main dealer service costs.. booked a few days notice, courtesy car, kept up to date with calls and texts until the job was completed….better than the main dealers by a country mile shame I can only rate 5 stars..
Took my van for oil leak was not fixed been there 3 times and stilll leaking oil Now the engine sounds like a rattle I would highly not recommend using As my van and time and money has been waisted using this garage I would not use them again.

Sorry to hear of the on going issue which we have explained to you and have advised you that we would put any issues caused by the work carried out right.
I called you and explained the fault with the seized injector in cylinder 3 which we had to remove by an injector puller this was at not point Volksmasters fault. We then replaced the injector at no charge to you with a new VDO unit then test drove the vehicle with no issues. The vehicle was collected by your father and later that day you called to say there were running issues when warm on the test drive, we never experienced the issue and called you to say it was complete and ready for collection.
During the telephone conversations between myself and you I had to stop you and ask you to stop your threatening manner and then after I assured you that Volksmaster stand by any work carried out by any off the 3 branches and advised you to book the vehicle back into our workshop for the inspection with us supplying you with a courtesy van to keep you able to go to work.
So just to reiterate the issues and the way Volksmaster have dealt with you and your vehicle;
1: Inspected and found the oil seals were leaking, we replaced them with genuine parts.
2: Reinspected after you complained of an oil leak, we found still no leak present at the time of the inspection (No Charge).
3: Re booked back in 3 weeks later found number three seal to be damp with oil, replaced new seal with a new injector as your vehicle injector was seized to the engine (Not Volksmasters fault and no charge was given).
4: Re booked your vehicle back in for the inspection on the rattling and engine jerking were you were advised this would be looked at and at no point was a charge mentioned.
5: Free of charge courtesy vehicle to use when we had your vehicle in our workshop.
Volksmaster are an honest family run business and do not shirk or hide away from any issues caused or not caused after work has been carried out and as mentioned via the conversation on Friday 29th June we stand by any work carried out by us.
Please feel free to call in as arranged for Monday 2nd July 2018 for the inspection into the noise/rattling, we have the booking of the courtesy vehicle still in place. Also we are going to add this review to our website as we are open and up front but will be attaching this reply along with your comments as I see this only fare. Please also feel free to contact us with the proceeds with your vehicle.
Dream Clutch Replacement
Volksmaster is setting the benchmark for the industry in delivering service as well as quality repairs. Called up for a quote for a clutch replacement 5 minutes later had the price. Courtesy car supplied with two quick scribbles. Repaired quicker than expected kept to quote price. Came back car had been cleaned car feels like new. Ryan, Lisa and the crew thank you thank you for your unparalleled service.
Excellent Garage HIghly Recomended
Could not be happier with this garage. I filled in to get a quote on line late at night and got a call 1st thing in the morning. I explained what was wrong with my car; as other garages were messing me around my car would not start. Spoke to Ryan who arranged pick it up for me, to get it towed to their garage branch (Oldham) where they said they would diagnose it and call me within the hour. They let me know what it was and how much it would be, kept me fully updated along the way and I could not be happier. My car needed a lot of work, which I knew, and all work was carried out to my satisfaction. The car drives perfectly, I cannot thank them enough for getting my car back on the road and keeping me fully updated in the process. I would highly highly recommend these guys and have told all my family and friends. They’re also very friendly staff and very welcoming. Thank you! My car is Volkswagen Polo.
