Q. My new car is still under the manufacturers warranty, can I still use the VW Audi specialists to save on maintenance costs?
Yes you can, new laws now allow us to complete all of your annual service requirements and wear and tear items such as brakes, discs, wipers etc at a fraction of the cost of main dealer prices. Should any major mechanical fault occur simply take it to the nearest franchised dealer and they will carry out the repair free of charge under the terms and conditions of your existing warranty.
Q. My new car has a free service package from the dealer, can the VW Audi specialists still save me money?
YES, free dealer servicing tends to only cover basic oil services and doesn’t include items such as brake pads, discs, tyres, wiper blades to mention but a few, any additional work carried out will be chargeable… at dealer rates. We advise you check what is free and save money by having any extra work carried out by ourselves.
Q. My car is getting older now and I need to keep maintenance costs to a minimum?
We understand that maintaining older vehicles can sometimes be very costly. At the VW Audi specialists we are able to give you a choice of genuine manufacturer parts or suitable cheaper after market parts to help suit your budget.
Q. Do you fit genuine manufacturer parts?
Yes, we use approved VAG quality parts. We also offer original part.
Q. Can I see the mechanics working on my vehicle?
Of course! Here at Volksmaster we have absolutely nothing to hide. You can speak and watch the Technicians at work if you visit the garage.
Q. How do you keep up with the latest technology for the new vehicles?
As a professional independent Volksmaster has the very latest diagnostic software which is constantly updated in order to be able to access the latest on board computer systems. In addition our specialist technicians have direct access to VW and Audi’s technical databases where they are able to look up any technical or maintenance query.
Q. Are you able to stamp my service history book and reset my service interval?
Yes we are. As a specialist independent we are able to stamp your service history book which should you ever sell your vehicle, confirms to the new owner that services have been carried out by a specialist to exact manufacturer criteria. The service light is automatically reset to the appropriate interval.
Q. I need a replacement vehicle whilst my car is being serviced?
No problem Volksmaster is able to provide you with a courtesy car subject to certain insurance and return time conditions.
Q. I work during the day and will find it difficult to drop my car to the garage?
Again no problem! We are able to offer a pick up/drop off service. Our driver will pick up the vehicle from your home or place of work in the morning and drop your vehicle back again once the service/repairs have been completed. You are able to pay by credit/debit card over the phone or simply pay the driver cash or cheque (providing amount is covered by your cheque guarantee card).

Drop your car off
Simply drop your car off with us between 8am and 10am and in most cases your vehicle will be ready for collection the same day between 3.30 and 5.30. Outside these hours you are welcome to park.
Wait with your car
Most servicing and repair work can be done while you wait. If this is your preference we have a superb waiting area equipped with free hot and cold drinks and a interesting viewing area where you can watch our trained technicians working on your vehicle.
If your vehicle needs to stay with us for 1 day or longer then you are able to pre-book one of our courtesy vehicles to keep you mobile.
Pick up / drop off
The ultimate hassle free solution; one of our drivers will arrange to collect your vehicle from your home or place of work at a pre-arranged time and then return your vehicle when the work is complete. Our service advisors will contact you when the vehicle arrives on site during the day to discuss the progress of the work and then advise you of the time you can expect your vehicle back.
