Firstly I’d like to thank all of the staff at Volksmaster for the work you’ve done for me and the friendly and professional way everything is carried out. I’ve had my Audi A5 serviced at Volksmaster from 2013 and since then have never thought of taking it anywhere else. The service is second to none and they really know their stuff. I’ve had all kinds of work done from engine remapping to make the car more efficient (and a bit quicker!) through to aircon repairs, window motor repairs and general servicing and MOTs. Their equipment and expertise allows them to diagnose problems quickly which has saved me time and money over the past couple of years. My A5 has gone now but I will have no hesitation in taking my new VW Golf for it’s servicing when the time comes.

I have been looking for a good professional service centre for the last few years and I think I have just found one. A big thanks to Ryan and his team for a job well done even the explanation of things replaced we will be returning in the future.

My main reason for contacting Volksmaster was it’s close to where I work and is a VW/Audi etc specialist. My A4 need a problem diagnosing, cam belt change and MOT. I can’t judge it on price as didn’t get quotes from a main dealer but other testimonials indicate the savings. My main impression and recommendation relate to the service – from handling of initial enquiry by e-mail, then phone, to carrying out the work and providing courtesy car, text to say car was ready, and finally invoicing and stamping service book. Everything was well explained and kept simple. Clear pricing, clear info on work done, potential things to think about without any fuss, gimmickry, attitude. Very good touches of customer service but/and comes across as genuine rather than a drill learned on a course. All in all, builds trust and I anticipate being back there again – in future not just because it’s convenient but because they create the impression of knowing what they’re about. technically and customer service-wise.

It’s good to find a professional garage specialising in the VAG group, I have had my 2010 Audi A5 in for the 4 Wheel Alignment and for new Engine Mounts to be fitted. Very friendly and informative staff (Nathan – Manager) talked me through the diagnosis and then how they would fix the problem, work went exactly as they scheduled, with a courtesy car when I had to leave it for the day. They also showed me the expired parts afterwards which gives even more peace of mind. Would highly recommend, their skill set is vast.

I always get the very best service from Volksmasters. I have used both branches over the past couple of years to look after my VW Golf. I have been very impressed with the care taken, quality of work and good value in comparison to that of a main dealer. Thank you.

My enquiry was answered quickly and I was able to book an appointment on the same day that I telephoned. The cost was a fraction of that from the main dealer and I will definitely be coming back if anything else goes wrong.
