In 1995, Mike founded Volksmaster with one simple goal: to build a better future for his family. With no customers, little equipment, and plenty of bills to pay, the early days were tough. But with hard work, honesty, and a dedication to quality, he slowly built a loyal customer base. Word of mouth carried Volksmaster forward, year after year, turning a small garage into a trusted local name.

As Volksmaster grew, so did the family’s involvement. What began as Mike’s vision soon became a shared journey with his three sons. Ryan joined straight out of school, learning the trade alongside his father before taking the lead at the Bury branch at just 18. Nathan, after working in electrics, chose to join the family business while raising his young family, showing the same courage and commitment his father had before him.

Most recently, the youngest brother Callumn has also stepped in, bringing fresh energy and ensuring the next generation carries the family tradition forward. Together, they carry on the values Mike instilled: trust, honesty, loyalty, and hard work.
