Can’t fault these lads very helpful my engine management light came on and they reset it, anyway it came back on week later they got me straight in did a full diagnostics and changed air filter very prompt service also reasonable price, keep up the good work defo see these in future and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Just had the oil and filter change done at your Oldham branch and I’m really happy with the swift and friendly service. My MOT is due in April so I’ll be back then and will be back for a full service after that. Cheers pal.

I contacted Volksmaster after the DPF light came on in my Seat Ibiza and was expecting the worst when the engine fault light also illuminated. The people at Volksmaster couldn’t have been more helpful, they knew exactly what I was talking about and were a pleasure to deal with, the service and communication was exceptional throughout and the work they did, fairly priced! They took the car in and solved the problem (faulty sensor) at very short notice and I would recommend them to anybody! Thanks so much!

What can i say other than fantastic!!!! i would recommend these professionals to anyone.my Passat is coming here for everything from now on.From arriving i was offered a drink, kept up to date and given choice,i was even asked if i wanted to watch a DVD while waiting (unparalleled service i have never received from any garage EVER !)I asked them to do a simple job of changing the rear pads on my car. It turned out that i also needed rear disks as they were very badly damaged the prices were excellent, less than half of what i was quoted at VW main dealer.I found the staff are knowledgeable,polite,friendly and professional.They even washed my car for free afterwards AND gave me a bottle of cleaner to remove the stubborn brake dust from the back wheels.IF ONLY ALL GARAGES WERE LIKE THIS..fantastic guys thank you very very much.

Just like to say thanks had a ESP warning light on my 04 golf VW dealers quote over £1000 volksmaster fixed it for £325 all in and a free lift into Oldham to do some shopping while my car was repaired in a couple of hours top job thanks.

Just a quick note to say thanks to the people at Volksmaster for the repairs carried out on my 07 leon tdi fr. From phoning up to book it in, dropping it off for repair and picking it up the staff (sorry didn’t get names) were pleasant and helpful. My car had the esp light on which I was told would require an abs pump overhaul someone came to see me upon entering the garage which was clearly busy and is in the middle of being refurbished so things are probably more manic than they need to be, he took my details and keys then gave me the keys to the clean and reliable courtesy car, told the job should take no longer than 2 hours and he would ring me on completion. There was nothing to pay for the use of the car and the petrol gauge was not bouncing off the empty mark. Within 5 minutes drive there is a pleasant enough retail park to get a bit of dinner or whatever takes your fancy. I returned to the garage after 2 hours and within a few minutes my car was finished. Som eone again saw to me straight away and explained what work had been done, took my payment which was over £1000 cheaper than the main stealers would have charged for the job plus I get the same 2 years warranty! I hope I don’t need to use Volksmaster again but if the need arises I will not hesitate to use them again.

Had ABS warning light on dashboard of my Seat Ibiza. Contacted main dealer and told probably need new pump or repair, which would be very expensive. Took to VM and they did diagnostic and found it to be saddle fuse only. Problem diagnosed and fixed in about twenty minutes at very reasonable cost. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and quick service. Felt like I could trust these people.Would recommend to anyone. I would say if you have a problem, ring here first.

Having read about Volksmaster on the Seatcupra.net forum and after being frustrated by the lack of power in my Seat or the cause of it, I decided to call them. I was greeted by an enthusiastic and very helpful workforce who took the time to discuss the work already done on the car and even offered some suggestions as to cause, prior to taking the vehicle in for inspection. On arrival I was treated very well and after a couple of hours of unsuccessful diagnostic work, and several cups of coffee, informed they would prefer to do some research before continuing. I returned a week later and after James had thoroughly tested the wiring harness finding one erroneous power feed it was decided the ECU would need testing. This came back tested as working fine with a note that reduced voltage supply to the ECU may be the problem, clue enough for the guys to finally track down the issue which was in fact a faulty relay. This replaced and the erroneous wire removed the car runs as I would expect with a return of power and performance and washed with a gleaming engine bay. The guys were keen to explain on collection that the previous owner had probably had the ‘ECU fault’ bypassed just to sell the car on. Consequentially, had that power feed not been installed, they would have discovered the real problem in a couple of hours as the car would have presented as a none runner. They were also keen to point out although it had been a difficult problem to solve they all gained valuable experience. Even though a quite inexpensive final fix I do not regard the charges incurred as unreasonable and would have no reservations about recommending Volksmasters thorough, dedicated and friendly team. Following a comment on an Audi forum regarding the common ESP failure on my A3 i contacted Volksmaster, they were able to fit me in the next day and had the problem fixed within two hours of my arrival. excellent service, way better than the main dealers attitude and saved me over £1000 ! Would have no hesitation in recommending them to all other VAG owners.
