Recently took my mk5 golf gti into Volksmaster Bury for a cambelt and water pump change plus a full service. The service I received was brilliant, everything explained in detail and prices were very competitive. Will be using Volksmaster again in the future, cheers again guys.

took my Audi A4 2.0T Quattro to Volksmaster Bury as I’d started experiencing problems with it holding revs and generally over-revving whilst accelerating. Thinking it was the clutch slipping and on its way out and with Audi wanting over £900 to replace I tried Volksmaster to see if they could replace it at a more sensible price. Ryan gave me a much better price than Audi on a new OEM clutch, but having run a diagnostics on the car to check for fault codes the problem was traced to a faulty clutch switch, a pretty common problem looking on various Audi forums. This saved me having to replace the clutch and the car suffering from the same problem as previous – I wonder if Audi would have been so forthcoming with that information??!! Dropped the car off on the way to work and it was ready for collection just after lunch. Got to say a big thanks to the guys at Bury for saving me the cost of a new clutch, and I’ll be definitely going back for my other servicing needs from now on. Next on the cars list is a 4 wheel Geometry and Alignment check – thanks again Volksmaster Bury!!

As a woman driver I can highly recommend Volksmaster Bury having found their customer service to be excellent. I had my car MOT tested which it passed and I was given clear advice and the cause of some recommended advisory work. There was no pressure at all to have the work carried out by them. I asked for a quote and was given a price so reasonable that it took me back quite a few years. Within the week I took my car back and found the team ready to do the job at the time booked. All done and dusted now.

Ryan and the team are very professional and efficient but with a sense of humour and pleasant manner. They made sure my car was washed down before returning it to me and they make a smashing cup of tea whilst I waited, thanks lads. Volksmaster is now my garage of choice for the future.

Having taken my car to a local garage and had a botched job done Mike and his team gave me a courtesy car free of charge, promptly repaired the damage and also helped me receive a full refund from the previous garage! Took my VW Golf PD130 to Volksmaster for a cambelt and water pump change. Dropped it off with Ryan and drove away in their courtesy car (free of charge!). Returned the same afternoon, and was shown the old timing belt, tensioner, etc. and found my service book stamped and dated, and the car had been washed. Settled the bill and went on my merry way – really couldn’t ask for more. Customer service was first class, and the price of such an important service was very fair. I recently brought my Audi A5 in as the driver’s door handle had stopped working. I’d been having various intermittent problems with the remote central locking leading up to this, and the door handle problem was the final straw so I decided it was time to get all the problems fixed. I brought my car to Volksmaster Bury as you are not only local but were very helpful in providing me with a courtesy car at short notice – I had until then been using an Audi main dealer and they’d told me they had no courtesy cars available for 3 weeks! The work was carried out quickly and at a reasonable cost, and both the immediate door handle problem and the remote central locking issues were sorted out completely. I was very impressed and will be using Volksmaster for all my car servicing needs from now on.

Thanks Ryan, of course and big thanks to Mike and his team; I had problems with my Audi A6 brakes and took my car to Volksmaster who quickly identified the cause and fixed it the same day so I was not without my car. The following week I also returned to have my front tyres replaced, 4 wheel aligned and now my car now drives perfectly. The customer service is second to none and all worked is fully explained and they even give you a complimentary car wash. I fully trust Volksmaster and will definitely be back! Thanks again.

I had my car serviced at your Bury centre last week. I have a VW Touran which had a major service and MOT. I was very impressed with the service, every that was done was explained to me clearly and the price was very reasonable.
