After being quoted nearly £800 for work on my brake mechanism parts, disks and pads by the main dealer (who has always worked on my car from new) I came to you for advise and to check the vehicle. You reported that the disks were almost like new, other parts didn’t need replacing and all I needed was new rear pads at a cost of £100. What a great result. You will get all my work in the future.

Was unsure taking my 2006 VW Touran as it has always been maintained at a main dealer, not any more. VW quoted £200 to replace the brake pad wear warning light loom. I spoke to Ryan on the phone who was really helpful. I dropped the car off and the repair was done in the agreed time costing 54% less than the VW main dealer price. I was shown the damaged parts upon collection. I have a list of other repairs recommended by VW in the coming months given the vehicles age and mileage. I will return to Volksmaster with both mine and my wife’s VW as I feel they charged a fair price and matched VW in every way.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Ryan and the team for the recent work they carried out on my Golf MK6 GTI. Was being quoted over £1200 from the main dealers to replace a faulty timing chain & tensioner. Ryan got back to me within 10 minutes with a price off £400 fitted. Whilst they was carrying out the works, they also diagnosed another internal fault which i had been experiencing problems with. Charged me just for the parts, no labour! Absolutely superb service from Volksmaster, I cannot fault them at all. Very competitive prices and a level of warm professionalism that would shame main Volkswagen dealers. Dropped my MK4 Golf in first thing for a Haldex service and it was ready for early afternoon and gleaming from a wash down as a bonus. The mechanic also noticed an intermittent fault and scanned for fault codes, gave me the print out and offered advice about the problem without any pressure to book in. Thank you.
