Over £500 spent and not fixed my issue, after saying that it was better. Also not only was the issue not fixed it now sounds worse than what it did before I took it in. I still gave 2 stars as after ringing around 5 or 6 local garages, they were the only ones willing to have a look at the issue I was having.

I am recently retired after having my own garage for 40 years,unfortunately vw themselves lock down the ability to reset service intervals and I am not about to invest in more equipment just to reset the light.agents wanted 380,volksmaster £170 so no brainer really,although if I am honest doing it myself would cost a fraction of that,pollen filter for example is the easiest one I have ever seen,20 second job.i would still have needed the service light reset which no one would do unless they serviced it themselves.overall I am pleased with the professionalism and ease of getting it done,they even picked the car up and kept me updated.would use again instead of main agents that’s for sure.

Took my VW Caddy here for an interim service. The whole process from start to finish was very professional. The video of my vehicle being inspected by the engineer, highlighting all the major points of the engine, steering, brakes, exhaust, tyres and suspension was very insightful. Inside of the cab cleaned and polished as well. I will definitely be returning for future servicing.

The bury garage staff were very helpful with my circumstances and took great care trying to identify the faults on my ageing BMW 520d. When additional investigation work was needed they clearly relayed the information to me before proceeding. Thankfully the fault finally traced. An easy 5 stars for this company. I’ve been searching for a company I can trust to keep my car in wonderful condition. Volksmaster were amazing. Vicky on reception kept me updated at all times in relation to work needed and costs involved. Something I was very pleased about as other workshops haven’t done that in the past. The work carried out on my car was done to a really high standard and the costs involved were very good value. Mechanic Steve was also great as I have asked him to quote on another item. Overall it’s 5 stars all the way and they will now get all my future business.

Had just finished my night shift and found a nail in my tyre. Was passing Volksmaster garage and saw it was open, so called in to see if they could sort my puncture out and even though they were very busy they did it straight away for me. Sent car in for diff pinion seal and diagnostics By the time car arrived all warning lights had been gone off still charged for diag which wasn't needed ill take the blame as I shouldn't cancelled diag Had diff pinion seal done as a slight weep used maybe 1/4 litre in 2 years and no noise 2 hours later diff shat itself when I checked the diff there wasn't enough oil in the diff Sent car back to them wanted 1400 to repair which I felt was unfair due to there mistake If they had just changed the pinion seal and oil and then the diff collapsed I can live with but they removed the diff cover inspected the diff said all was ok and charged me over 600 for the pleasure of it breaking 2 hours later No refund no apology just blatant wasn't our fault

These guys were great. They point out all the faults in your vehicle even the smallest ones even a bolt or a missing screw. You go away knowing everything. No doubt in the back of your mind. I wish I could use them more often. They are a relief from all those corner '5 star' mechanics who miss out very very basic information. They don't mess about and are wonderful people. Professionals to the T and want people to keep driving German cars.

I went to Volkmaster with a reverse light issue, they carried out the repairs and it was working. Unfortunately for me, by the time i got home the issue was back again and the reverse light stopped working. I rang them to inform them of the issue, they gave me another time slot to take the vehicle back. They checked the car for further faults and carried out the repairs, this was all done free or charge! They also washed the car for me, and there was few other error signs on the dashboard which they also got rid of free of charge. Thanks guys!

I took my car to Volksmaster for a bumper repair that required the entire bumper to be re-painted. I was quite hesitant about this, mainly because of the car's unique colour. My clutch failed last weekend. Pedal wouldn't come back on it's own and unable to disengage clutch. Volksmaster were able to fit me in on the Monday and had my car back to me by the Wednesday. They beat 3 other garages on price, everything ran smoothly. Car came back valeted to a high standard and the clutch is now silky smooth.The customer service was exceptional from start to finish too. Needed urgent work done on my skoda octavia VRS, as I was due to travel within a week. They not only fitted me in but went out of the way to fully accommodate me, picked up and dropped off within a 2 days. Fixed several issues the diagnostics had picked up and came back spic and span. Had my T5 in for some time as she had loads of issues. Coolant loss, Overheating, AC gone, Turbo weak. I thought it was the end... These guys took the job on. Guided me through it and sorted her out.
