Needed urgent work done on my skoda octavia VRS, as I was due to travel within a week. They not only fitted me in but went out of the way to fully accommodate me, picked up and dropped off within a 2 days. Fixed several issues the diagnostics had picked up and came back spic and span. Had my T5 in for some time as she had loads of issues. Coolant loss, Overheating, AC gone, Turbo weak. I thought it was the end... These guys took the job on. Guided me through it and sorted her out. I've spent a decent wedge of cash but i'm glad i did and i'm really glad i spent it with Brett and the team. The van i sspot on now.

The service was fantastic, confirming the lesson that you should always use a reputable, first-class independent garage. Volksmaster not only quickly identified and fixed the issue left by the previous garage, but they were also a rarity - they did not try to push any unnecessary extras or up-sells onto me. Staff are polite and keep you up to date with what is happening to your vehicle and why, they never do anything without permission and send clips of the vehicle and zoom into the parts they speak about so you can see what the engineers are speaking about. I recommend them.

Just had my service and mot, done at Volksmaster bury, sent full video which was really informative, highlighted a couple of minor jobs (aircon gas) (brake fluid) so has all that done at the same time, got my car back really quickly and was lovely & clean on collection, all service and reception team are really friendly, highly recommend them, been using them for 3-4 years now

Just today had the gear box serviced on my Audi A3 a couple of years after having my cam belt and water pump done here . The work is always A1 as is the customer service at the Ashton road branch. From start to finish from dropping off to pick up all the staff are amazing, very professional, friendly and helpful. The only place I take my Audi for major work. This lot put main dealers to shame. Can't fault this company travelled to get my audi diagnosis as been having ongoing issues with the same light on dashboard numerous repairs replacing parts at another garage didn't resolve the issue brought it to volksmaster and they found the issue and explained everything clearly certainly reccomend this company

Took my Golf GTI in for a service and m.o.t in full working order and it came out with no engine coolant and a damaged radiator. Drove home and looked at the engine to find coolant pooling in the engine gaurd. 500 pound to replace a radiator that came in without a issue. First it was my alternator belt was worn down 2 hours later the radiator magically had a massive hole init. Pay extra for volkswagen specialist to get ripped off. Never again

I don’t post negative reviews. So, 5 stars for very evident professionalism at O/m Tyre & Exhaust. But in this latest transaction for a solitary replacement tyre for a near side front tyre kerbed by myself which occasioned a tear in its sidewall down to its carcass, and ceaseless tyre pressure warnings. I ordered an Accelera tyre to match the set. They acquired one for me but then found out the wrong size had been sent. There followed a weekend intermission. On the Monday, everything went swimmingly and the day after my car car passed its MoT again. It was only today I noticed the new tyre was not an Accelera but something called a Delinte - or thereabouts. It wasn’t expensive. But, y’know - little things add-up?

Very happy with all the work carried out, no one else could get to the bottom of the issues but these did.

Poor diagnosis of work required after the vehicle had passed it's mot resulted in the bill doubling from £900 to £1800 overnight! Quotations should be adhered to and be accurate!
