I’ve just had my VW Scirocco serviced at Volksmaster, Oldham. They do a great job at a far cheaper price than the main dealer, saving of over 30% and maintaining manufacturer’s warranty. Whilst there I was particularly impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the fact they were constantly trying to find ways to remedy faults in way to minimise the cost to the customer. I would definitely recommend them.

Next time your car needs a service check out Volksmaster on Millett st, across from RRG Toyota. Just collected my Audi after its 30,000 full service and 50 point check and it was over £100 cheaper than the main dealership with all genuine part guaranteed. It was also washed and polished at no extra charge. The guy is a VW / Audi specialist but will service all makes and models. Not ofter you get a real bargain instead of everybody trying to have your pants down every five minutes!!!

I recently had a problem with my Audi A6, this left me with no radio, CD player or Sat Nav. After a recommendation from a friend, I took my car to Volksmaster in Bury, where they carried out some tests and located the problem very quickly as being my MMI unit. Nathan and Ryan were incredibly helpful in explaining what had gone wrong and informed me of my options. I was kept informed at every stage before work was carried out and the communication was great – much appreciated too. After considering my options I went back to Volksmater and they fixed my problem very quickly. I found them very professional and would never go anywhere else. Brilliant service. Many thanks.

I have been to many garages in past with mixed impressions, but have to say was well impressed with the service from these guys, was well advised and a quality job delivered, remap made a massive difference, put a nice smile on my face thank you all would definitely recommend.

I had an issue with my Polo GTi’s Engine Management Light being on constantly. I was told previously that it wasn’t a problem and to ignore it!! (It had had a diagnostic check at another garage so I wasn’t too worried about it). After a few months I got really fed up with it, and the performance was poor and the car was using too much fuel, so I called Volksmaster and spoke to Ryan. What a star. He picked up the car as I work full time, took it in, did what he does and kept me informed all the way. He found quite a few faults on it, but asked if I’d run it for a week as he didn’t want me to be spending money unnecessarily if he had ‘fixed’ it that day. I ran it for a couple of days but the light came back on. Back it went, and again Ryan kept me informed of everything he was doing. Have been running it for over a week and have just informed him that it now appears to be fine. No light on, is ‘up to speed’ and even the petrol consumption seems a lot better. THANKS Ryan – will certainly bring it back again if there are any faults with it again.

Seat Ibiza FR tdi, Car lost power, limped into Bury branch, Within 10 minutes they had found the fault , pipe blown off intercooler. they fixed it (for free !!) then they looked at a fault on the accelerator with their diagnostic kit, booked it in to fit new accelerator pedal and change brake fluid, did both at a very reasonable rate, and they washed the car, will definitely use them again. Great Service.

Very impressed with the service (inc timing belt) and repair of the very anoying rattle on my SEAT Leon FR’s suspension. It’s rare these days to find a company offering a high level of customer care and great value for money. I’ve recommended your service already and will point everyone in your direction from now on.
